Construction PP Woven Bags
Construction PP woven bags move the heavy, abrasive materials of building sites—sand, cement, aggregate, mortar, and concrete—without tearing or bursting. Woven polypropylene gives them the tensile strength and puncture resistance that polythene sacks lack, while optional lamination and inner liner keep moisture-sensitive materials dry. Sitong Packaging Group supplies construction PP woven bags to builders' merchants, concrete producers, and hardware distributors worldwide, with consistent quality across large repeat orders.
Key Features at a Glance
Sand Bags
Sand is heavy and abrasive, and often loaded wet. Our sand bags use high-GSM woven fabric with reinforced stitching to resist punctures from sharp grains, and lamination options help when bags must survive handling and weather. Available as standard 25 kg / 50 kg bags or jumbo sand bags for bulk filling and flood-control use.
Cement Bags
Cement draws moisture and hardens if it leaks. We supply cement bags with moisture-proof lamination or inner liner and strong, leak-resistant seams to prevent bag failure during filling, stacking, and transport. Valve-type and sewn-open tops are both available, and high-definition printing carries brand and weight marks.
Aggregate & Builders Bags
Gravel, stone, and mixed aggregate punish weak sacks. Our builders bags and aggregate bags use tear-resistant woven construction and high seam strength for safe lifting with forklifts or by hand. Builders bags and ton bags formats are popular with merchants and landscape suppliers who need a tough, reusable container.
Concrete & Mortar Bags
Concrete & Mortar BagsDry mortar, render, and fly ash need protection from humidity. Coated construction PP woven bags keep these fine materials flowable and prevent caking, reducing waste on site and complaints at the merchant counter.
Laminated vs Plain: How to Choose
Use laminated or liner-equipped bags for cement, mortar, and any product that must stay dry. Use plain woven bags for sand and aggregate where ventilation and cost matter more than moisture barrier. We help specify GSM, coating, and seam style to match your product and filling line.
Customization, Printing & Sizes
Widths 26–145 cm, capacities 5–200 kg, mesh 9×9 to 14×14, denier 400D–1800D. Tops heat/cold/zig-zag or folded & stitched; gusset side available; bottoms single/double folded and stitched. Printing by offset and gravure carries logos, weight, and safety marks.
Quality Control
Raw material, weave tension, printing, and seam strength are inspected per batch. Higher GSM and reinforced seams are specified for heavy aggregate and sharp materials.
