Yes. Sitong Packaging Group operates its own factory with 20 production lines and about 100 tonnes daily output of PP woven bags, FIBC, fabric, webbing and thread.
We use 100% virgin polypropylene only — no recycled content in the load-bearing fabric — to guarantee consistent strength and food-contact safety.
Our food-grade line is BRC-certified (BRCGS). We also hold ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and OHSMS (safety), and run an in-house laboratory for tensile, leak, construction and UV testing on every batch.
Yes. We manufacture to your drawing, sample or specification — custom size and capacity (5–200 kg), GSM, denier, mesh, gravure / offset printing, BOPP lamination, PE coating, liners, UV treatment, valves, handles and loops. OEM, ODM and private-label production are available under NDA with artwork support.
