What can be customized on PP woven bags and FIBCs?
Almost everything: size, shape, GSM, denier, colour, liner (PE tubular or shaped), coating, UV stabilisation, print (gravure/offset, multi-colour, Pantone), and for FIBCs — loop count/configuration, spout type, discharge mechanism, baffle panels and document pockets.
Can you help design bag artwork and printing layouts?
Yes. Our team can assist with logo placement, artwork adjustment, color matching, and print-ready files to help prepare your packaging design for production.
Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. We supply either a standard sample from stock or a fully custom prototype matching your exact specification. The sample must be approved before we schedule mass production.
How long does the OEM customization process take?
The timeline depends on product specifications, design confirmation, sample approval, and order quantity. We will provide a production schedule after confirming your requirements.
Can you customize the filling and discharge design of FIBC bags?
Yes. FIBC bags can be customized with different top filling options and bottom discharge options to match different filling and unloading requirements.
Can you do private-label / white-label production?
Absolutely. We support OEM, ODM and private-label production under signed NDA. Your branding, artwork and specifications are never used for another customer’s order.
What are your MOQ and lead times?
MOQ depends on product type, size and print complexity. Typical lead time is 20–40 days after sample confirmation. We’ll confirm both when you send us your specification.
How do you protect my design and intellectual property?
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving any confidential drawings. All artwork files and technical drawings are stored securely and never shared or reused for other customers.
