Our story started in 1998. With 28 years of manufacturing experience, Haicheng Sitong has developed into a new stage with 20 production lines providing an annual output of 30,000 tons.

How a single weave workshop grew into one of China's established PP woven packaging groups — with plants in China and Cambodia.
Where it began
Haicheng Sitong Plastic-Weave Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 — this is where Sitong Packaging Group started, among the first Chinese PP woven packaging manufacturers.
A new member joins
Haicheng Qianye Hengda Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. was founded — a new member of Sitong Packaging Group was born.
Going global
Sitong Packaging Group entered the international market, and the overseas sales department was established.
Overseas & rename
Dalian Sitong International Trade Co., Ltd. was founded — a big step into overseas markets. Haicheng Sitong Plastic-Weave moved to a new site and was renamed Haicheng Sitong Magnesium-Plastic Products Co., Ltd.
Cambodia plant
Sitong Packaging (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. was founded — Sitong was one of the very first group of Chinese PP woven packaging suppliers to open a factory overseas.
Cambodia phase 2
Second phase of Sitong Packaging (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. finished construction and went into production.
20th anniversary
20th Year Anniversary of Sitong Packaging Group — a number of our clients joined the celebration on 18 September 2018.
New capacity
Second phase of Haicheng Sitong Magnesium-Plastic Products Co., Ltd. went into production, expanding PP woven food-grade packaging.

Our manufacturing operations began in 1998 with Haicheng Sitong Plastic-Weave Co., Ltd. Today Sitong Packaging Group is one of the longest-established PP woven packaging manufacturers in China, with 28+ years of continuous experience.
Where are you located and what do you manufacture?
We are based in Haicheng Economic Development Zone, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, China (operating as Haicheng Sitong Magnesium-Plastic Products Co., Ltd.). Our main products are PP Woven Sacks, FIBC/Jumbo Bags, BOPP Bags, PP Woven Fabric Rolls and PP Webbing — all from 100% virgin polypropylene.
What certifications do you hold?
Our production site is BRC-certified (BRCGS) for food-grade manufacturing and we also hold ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSMS certifications. We run an in-house laboratory for tensile, leak, safety-factor and construction testing on every batch.
What is your production capacity?
We run 20 production lines with an output capacity of 100 tons per day and an annual output of 30,000 tons, vertically integrated from PP tape extrusion through weaving, printing, sewing and QC.
Which markets do you serve?
We export to 60+ countries. Our largest market is Africa (39% of shipments), followed by South America (32%), Central America (18%), Asia (7%) and Europe (4%).
