Polypropylene Thread
Polypropylene thread is used to sew polypropylene bags and ton bags. The advantage of polypropylene thread is that it has a light texture and high strength.
Product Details:
Polypropylene sewing thread is specifically designed for sewing polypropylene woven bags and bulk bags. This lightweight yet extremely strong thread is particularly suitable for the strength requirements of industrial sewing.
Polyester sewing thread has the following characteristics:
- High strength, producing neat and aesthetically pleasing stitches
- High abrasion resistance, and it does not mold or rot
- Economical price, rich colors, high colorfastness, and resistance to fading
- Non-shrinkage, and possesses some fire-retardant properties
From a material perspective, polyester thread is made by twisting polyester filaments or staple fibers. This manufacturing method makes the thread very abrasion-resistant, resistant to shrinkage, and chemically stable. It is important to note that due to its relatively low melting point, melting may occur during high-speed sewing, leading to needle blockage or thread breakage.
Thanks to its excellent strength, abrasion resistance, low shrinkage, and good resistance to damp heat and chemical corrosion, polyester sewing thread is not easily affected by moisture or mold, nor is it susceptible to insect infestation. It is widely used in the processing of cotton, synthetic fiber, and blended fabrics.
In addition, polyester sewing thread offers a complete range of colors with strong colorfastness, and it is not easy to fade even when exposed to the sun frequently, allowing sewn products to maintain a bright appearance for a long time.
